    New chameleon

It’s all good, the pale coloring threw me off for a bit too. @Serbianchameleon you absolutely dodged a bullet on this one, they were charging healthy, captive bred prices for a very sick lizard.

    New chameleon

The chameleon looks more like an ambanja over a nose be. You can see the red on the stomach and the blue is deeper. Nose be panthers are usually a brighter blue without red side barring. Edit-spelling and accidentally said ambilobe over ambanja

You will need a separate light for UVB. Arcadia 6% and reptisun t5ho are the recommended brands.

    Sweet Baby on The Plane

The little Watson is basking right now! He hasn’t really explored his cage yet, only going across the bromeliad at the top and his basking branch, but he’s already eaten 3 BSFL!

The pots are all rounded at the edges, and the ones with holes that arent holding plants are pretty wide. Just to make sure though, I have run my finger down each part that could be sharp to see if it would give me a papercut, and if it did, I sanded it down.

New cage complete and all set up!

Well great. My uvb bulb just burnt out, and luckily I have a replacement, but I'm going to have to run it all night tonight to make sure it's not putting out boosted uvb levels from being a new bulb. Should that be enough time to lower the output to the usual levels?

New cage complete and all set up!

Would you guys recommend a jungle dawn or a sansi grow bulb? My order didn't go through on Josh's Frogs for the jungle dawn (No fault of theirs, I just messed up entering information), so I have a chance to order either.

New cage complete and all set up!

Quick update- I removed all solid pots but left the pots that look like these, because the plastic has holes that I assume the little guy could climb on. I currently have 2 of those in the cage, but not where he could fall in accidentally. One is along a center branch at a 45 degree angle and...

As of now, the basking is at 77. I'll check the screen temp as well. As for the extra pots, I'll remove them right away.

New cage complete and all set up!

Quick question-is It okay if there are some empty pots on the branches so I can put in plants later? Or should I remove them?
