It could be a few things. First is over heating. They will open there mouths to cool themselves down. Second it could be a respiratory infection.

The green caterpillar things are hornworms, they get huge fast, within a few days!!!!! Most chams love them, I would just put the hornworm on the screen and let it move around. Give your cham time to observe it while it crawls around and the same for the roach. If she interested, good,. If not...
