I am thinking of trying the anti inflammatory meds just to see if it improves his tail use. Has anyone had experience with this? At this point I think I need to make friends with a reptile vet 😅

To me his fecal didn't look normal because it seemed to have pieces of stuff in it but🤷‍♀️

no, the vet said it's so low that no medication is needed and that it's normal for chams if they have low

Got his fecal results and he’s negative for giardia and very few blastocystis. I mentioned his tail issue and the vet said they can prescribe some anti inflammatory medication if I want 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was going to tear down his cage today and clean stuff and add a bunch of new things but should I wait until after the fecal results? In case it’s something I need to sanitize for?

I just love it 🥰. He’s so chill- the only person he hates is the vet, understandably. My son and cats are bouncing around and he’s just hanging out. Not a care in the world. We are lucky to have our sweet boys.

Ick- beardie poop sounds even worse 🤢. If Louie wants to come out he’ll stay out for a while usually. He’ll turn around and climb back towards me if I try to put him back and he isn’t done.

He doesn’t flare up but is distracted by it a lot. I’ll be feeding him a worm and he will see the worm but then look at the glass reflection and I think maybe it confuses him. I looked at the pet backgrounds site but it was around $50 for a background! I was hoping to find a cling or stick on...

Does this fix the reflections? Louie keeps staring at the glass and I’m trying to get rid of that.

I was looking at their site. Do you have the cling, adhesive or non-adhesive type? I want to apply mine to the inside glass but not sure if they have the right option. Was yours on the inside? Thanks!
