Hope you had a great trip! :) It's definitely based on your chameleon's size. How old and what size is his current cage? I know that when my panther hit 7months, that's when I moved him into his "big boy cage," a 2'x2'x4'.
Welcome to the forums and congratulations on your new addition! The care sheets on this website are a great source and provide all the specific information on caring for your chameleon depending on the type you got. Take a look!

New Keeper syndrome...perfectly normal :) We've all been there, every little look, noise, "abnormal behavior" results in "OMG HE'S GOING TO DIE!"
Haha, you'll learn to notice the true warnings!
Good looking boy. Nice chams is starting to pop-up all over the place now. Especially with their Striking Blue Ambanja project with Tree Candy Chameleons. I can't wait to get my hands on one of those babies!
Fairly similar, a few differences between the two. Panthers require a little more humidity and slightly lower temps. Panthers eat nothing but insects while veiled chameleons will indulge in greens/fruits etc. For the most part, Panthers are a little more mellow (there's an always an exception)...
The monsoon is a box made to look "pretty." It works about half as well as a mistking. A mistking is made to work, and to handle potentially a workload. As the previous post stated, the nozzles aren't made to mount, they're suction cupped to the inside of glass terrariums, so the wedges won't do...
Your temperates are actually a bit low. You want mid 90's basking spots for a veiled and mid to low 70's for ambient/night time temperatures. Adding a ceramic heater (Non light emitting) might not be a bad idea. Ditch the mealworms.
For the record...I bought one in July. Was using distilled water and it broke down after 2 weeks. So if it's been "updated" since July then maybe that's a fix.
I keep them in a big tuperware type container. If you visit walmart or a craft store, in the arts and crafts section they sell "plastic canvas" which I cut up and place it inside the container. I cut it so that it sits floating inside the container, not touching the bottom. As the silkies grow...
The enclosure's look nice, lots of vines and branches. I still believe you could benefit from more foliage coverage. They need to be able to feel like they can hide in the foliage from onlookers. Other than that, looks good.
Hand feeding is absolutely the best way to gain your chameleons trust. He will correlate your hand to food and that your hand coming into his space is a good thing. Once he starts shooting off your hand, you can start taking baby steps at handling and touching him. Always take it at your...
Highly recommend you return this asap before even setting up. They have a horrific reputation for breaking down fairly often. I would suggest looking into a Mistking instead.
While cleaning one of my girls' cage today, I noticed she had a slight bump right under her front left foot. This seems to have come up overnight as it is not something i noticed yesterday when cleaning her cage. Any idea what it might be and what I can do to cure it? Some sort of topical cream...
