It' been awhile since we have posted... life sometimes gets overwhelming
I had some free time, and I wanted to touch base with our cham-fam:love:
We are doing well. I've been following all of @kinyonga's (and others) past advice and Ophelia is healthy and still as amazing as ever...
I have been gone for a week over Thanksgiving and I missed my girl so much! First time out in the sun today (since I left)... she was very happy to be out. These are just phone pics, nothing special, but wanted to share :love:
I was a mess waiting for O to lay her first clutch. I waited 6 months, thinking it could be any day and stressing myself out. Once she started digging, it took a month for her to finally do the deed. It was the worst month of my life. And I'm old(er) haha. Keep doing what your doing, keep her...
Acham had good info that resonates with my experience. It sounds like you have received some great advice from others too, and that you are a good cham-mommy doing the very best for your girl. Go see a vet and put your mind at ease.
She knows its there, I bet, and shell use it if she...

I can get dandelion greens at my grocery store, so check around.
House bulb or regular bulbs are for heat only, so you'll need an accurate temp gauge... or a heat gun (inexpensive and fun!).
Feed her in the morning. She'll be fine on the days you work :) she would be asleep when u get home, if...

Great job filling out the care form! I also have a female veiled she is about 13 months old - I've had her since she was 4 months old. So just going from top to bottom on your comments, here are my thoughts:
IMO, carpet on the bottom of the cage is going to cause you some trouble - difficult to...
