The humidity levels are where they should be but if you wanted to boost her hydration (which could be causing the sunken eyes) consider adding another 1-2 minute misting session at some point during the day. Also consider feeding her hornworms which are great treats for chams and very hydrating...

I’m glad your chams doing better! However, I still recommend you make the changes suggested in this thread as improper husbandry can lead to more serious health problems in the future. Keep us in the loop!

Also try offering dubia roaches and hornworms and see if he’ll eat those. They may entice him and hornworms provide great hydration.

I would recommend using the Repashy once every other week instead of once a week.
