I think your female Chamaeleo calyparatus may have a parasite of something foreign internally. I cannot say from just pictures. You should save some and go to a vet for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

That is an interesting question. However I think vibrations from loud noises would probably upset chameleons. I would keep loud noises around chameleons to a minimum.

When handling chameleons, the most important thing is to allow the chameleon to climb on you. Never pick up a chameleon as an object, you have to climb on you as though your hands or arms are a tree or bush branch. That is the most important thing I have found about handling chameleons.
