30 degrees may be too cold. I lost power and temp dropped to 39 at nite and my cham survived but i wouldn't push it. Also you will need uvb lighting. figure out a heater even electric wont be too bad if it doesnt get cold often.

It always been my dream to have a greenhouse. Could probably keep other animals to. Turtles, maybe some gekos to. Not sure how to insure they get enough uvb though.
i agree, went to show on Long Island and snakes dominated. hard to find the oddball reptiles. many designer gekos to. was looking for thumbnail frogs and pygmy cham but not there. usually i can wander for hours but i left early.
