This was a tricky picture since he was recently sprayed on (droplets on body). I would guess at this point it might be the water causing the head lift. They only breath through their nose when their mouths are shut, so protecting the nasal cavity. Remember, I am guessing at all this. (y) But...

Love these guessing games, since there are so many factors that can attribute to sizes. I agree with above at 6 to 8 months closer to the 6 if fed and growth was normal. Note on normal: I have had some 3 month old the size of pic 3/7 and currently have 1 at 10 months old the size of Jan 31st...
