There's a lot of Santa Claus there! And some of them are females
330 Paris Hilton are registered as well!! Damn, that's a lot of email before i manage to find the real one to marry her!! :S
I use 5.0 here, but i measure my UVBs all the time.
From reading on the subject, i noticed that the general tendancy in the US is to use 5.0, while in France it's 10.0 . Either way, if you replace your lighting at the right time, and if you supplement and gutload very well your chameleons, you...
It depends what you want to do... But basically any Nikon or Canon will be great, and what will make a difference is getting a good lens, and your photography skills of course! ;)
Mines don't drink much. The female is easier and my girlfriend and I can see her drink when we are misting sometimes. However, our male never drank in front of us, except on the FIRST day we got him! Past that, we never saw him, and he always had white fecals!! *shrugs*
If i recall correctly...
The 2.8 aperture is your best aperture available for this lens. However, you should be able to have a smaller aperture, like 4 or 5, for example.
On the top of your camera, you should have a small roulette wheel, with various modes for taking pictures. On it, you should have the letters M, A...
I apologize Laurie for trying to be nice! :( I guess i'll stick with swears and personal attacks! :)
PS: I thought moderators were supposed to PUNISH bad words and personal attacks, and not to promote them by complaining when nice things are being said or by calling me a nerd (like another...
Tracey; have you at least seen the last Star Trek movie????
Laurie; I know that you take care of all your chameleons, and this is the most important to me! :) And you do your extra work by taking care of several chameleon owners! This is definately something big that you can be proud of! :)...
As previously said, you shouldn't need much ISOs, especially if you are using a flash.
As for staying in focus and for your depth of field; the smaller your aperture is, the less noise you will get. This also enables you to have a faster speed, as long as the light input is good enough. :)
I am definately eager to see comparisons over time, seasons, years, and especially with other specimens (either their future babies or other verrucosus in the World)! :)
And Tracey, guess who inspired me into tracking their weight gains?? ;) That makes it really ironic that you call me a...
I got a second reply by email telling me that they already changed the page, notifying that the text stated how sick the chameleon is. The URL is still the same by the way, and the update is already on-line
As i replied to them, i like the way they handled the situation, and how fast they...
I must admit that i was a bit lazy, especially since my Excel skills haven't been used for quite a while, and that i spent like an hour trying to make the graphic look like this! :p I'm more used to SPSS now! ;) Anyway, i thought you guys would be smart enough to understand that " 2 décembre...
This is the answer i got from them after a few hours:
HI Marc:
Thank you very much for your visit to futurepets.com and your input. Even when it is not what we'd like to hear, we want to know if there is a problem.
We will change that picture in the next few days, and replace it with a more...
For quite some time, i have been weighing my three chameleons on a weekly basis. The graphic is not perfect, nor was the method used to weight them all. However, it gives a small idea of how their weight fluctuated over a 4 months period. I guess it has been long enough to show some data and...
