I woke up this morning and i saw my panther cham with a lil pink ball peaking from the back never seen anything like that its not even a ball its just something pink here are some picks id anybody can tell me what this is???

I both a panther last week. I both him about 20-30 small/ medium crikets . i have notice thst most of the crickets are gonne in his enclosure but i havent seen that he has use the restroom thats weird i have never seen anything like that before is there something wrong? Its been 6 days and no...
