no need to wash ur plants..leave it after it dries. usually it dries pretty quick (10-15mins)

yes u may directly spray onto the leaves/soil, but i highly suggest to bring it out of the cage if your plant(s) are potted...then spray it...once dried u may put them back...

not powder just this tiny bombs chili... squash it with vinegar...(y) works like pesticide.

yeah thats right @RcManChild .:DBingggooo ...the cage is heavily congested....thats why air circulation is goin gaga... maybe give a lil' more room for it to flow thru... consider it as a experiment see w/c way works for u... BTW.. any pic of ur cham?
