Ya I can't see any blood but it looks rather orange to me. You may want to mist him a bit more or give him a shower. Just based upon your description it sounds like he should getting vitamin A from his crickets that get it from the gutload but it is possible that he is not getting enough vitamin...
Update: I took Gus to the vet on Saturday and revived his fecal results today. He had a bacterial infection called Coccidia. It is not to serious but I will get his medicine on wednesday. Here are some pics he has calmed down a little bit and has eaten some crikets:D Here are some pics.
Miss Lily, I also had a screen cage that rusted, I actually talked to zoo med because of this thread, anyways the lady was very nice and I did not have to send back my old cage and they promptly sent me a new on :D
Regards,
Nate
Is it possible to post some pictures? I am not to familiar with pygmies but have you seen anything that he has not supposed to be eating in his mouth. Does he look hydrated(sunken eyes)?
Thank you for the advice, I have ordered the calcium and it is particularly low humidity where I live it is about 20% in my house. so the humidifier kicks it up to about sixty. I have owned a female before so the care sheet is a nice reminder thank you. Does anyone have any way to make him drink...
