I need advice please. I just ordered a t5ho fixture 24”. In the works of buying the bulb. Is it recommended to get the 5.0 or 10.0?
24x24x48 enclosure.
Thanks in advance.
As far as the lighting goes hes been under the 5.0 UVB for roughly 2-3 months. He gets outside time everyday for 2-3hrs with sun/shade and misting. I mist him every 4 hours anywhere from 30-60 seconds (mistking). We dust calcium without D3 6 days a week, with d3 once every other week...

I tried this just yesterday but she will not take her eyes off my face. LOL i will try to capture it on video. She thinks im going to eat her or something
Yes i understand. i mean it as in i wish i can keep as many Chameleons as i want. My wife and i came up with the decision to downsize for now so we can breed in the future. My panthers are still too young itll be some time. But that’s the plan.
I know its not the best place but id check Craigslist. Theres also a breeder out in Long Beach who I’ve bought from before. They may have some babies in.

Yes thank you. Definitely still working with her. Sometimes i can get her to feed right off the tongs but she will not chew if you look at her? cricket will stay squirming in her mouth lol im just worried about how scared she gets when i get close by or try to handle her to take her outside.
Yes i calcium dust her without D3 almost every feed, with D3 twice a month and Multivitamins twice a month. She’s small but seems healthy. I just don’t understand why she’s soo scared. My male panther and Jacksons aren’t like that at all. Just curious if anybody has experienced this lol i...
Exactly what i thought as well. Because when we got her from the breeder, eggs hatched end of September ‘19. But i have a male panther whose batch hatched in October ‘19 and hes twice her size.
I’ve had my female Panther Chameleon for about 2 and a half months now. She’s EXTREMELY scared of everything. Shes super healthy tho. Shes a great eater, sheds fairly quickly and stays hydrated. I used to handle her at least once a week to take her outside to get sun, Until she literally jumped...
I just got 2 panthers i plan on breeding. Its honestly getting expensive. I really wish i didn’t have to get rid of him. I live in Georgia, id love to keep him outside but im not too familiar with what will be needed for outdoor enclosures. Wouldn’t want to get the little guy sick.
No its all during the evening! The 4th pic is actually the mistking getting him pretty well so he closed his eyes. I just love taking pics while he sleeps though.
