What feeders are you using? The Urate is orangey towards the bottom, which signifies dehydration. Do you have a misting system/dripper or both? Or do you hand mist? If so, how often? I can't tell 100%,but it looks like he's not fully digesting whatever he is being fed...
@Blang is right: mealworms are bad. Their shell-like utter layer is super hard for your cham to digest and they can get really sick. Silkworms are probably the best hydrating feeder followed by hornworms. Silkworms are also very healthy but be careful because over hydrating can result in runny...

If it's shaking, like it's off balance-ish, it could be a sign of MBD (metabolic bone disease) so if that's the case you need to get him to the vet for some antibiotics
