Yes I grabbed a little roach and dabbed it with a bit and waited till he ate them all , thats when i got the idea for a video. I also do only do this once a month.

Its left over calcium I only gave him for that day I try not to overdo it. Most of it is completely dry and unless he bites at it might get more then he needs. I cleaned it out and is no longer in there. He also has his one small feeder with a drop of vitamin A in there.
