I have a 2x2x4 cage and my Cham is almost as long as my hand, I’m nervous to put him in there. I wonder if he’ll find his food okay because the cage is so big and the crickets will be able to go anywhere. Please give some advice! How big should he be for him to thrive properly in his 2x2x4 cage...
I was thinking about just putting this little cage into the big one, then it’ll get the light and the misting schedule still. Okay, right before I turned his lights off he was not having it lol
I think it’s a male, that’s what they said too. Should I move him into the butterfly cage or just leave him? He started to eat, one cricket today and one yesterday with a meal worm.
Lol thank you for all the help, I really appreciate it. I did so much research before getting him and was so excited I just didn’t expect him to be this tiny. I wanted to make sure I do everything right for him.
Oh good, I was thinking the same. I get the butterfly cage tonight, I just hope I can move him without it being a problem. I don’t think he’s going to come out on his own and I don’t want to force him.
He ate! Yesterday he had a cricket and a meal worm and then didn’t want to eat anymore. Today he just has one cricket and didn’t want anymore, is this normal?
He just ate! I’m so happy. His mister just went off and that’s when he likes to climb around, I places a cricket and a little meal worm on the leaf right by him and he ate it. The shoebox sounds like a good idea. I’m just not sure if he’ll even let me take him out to move him, I don’t want to...
