thats a baby I hatched a few yrs back. He's a month old. And you can easily see his spur at a month old. If you can get a side view of his/ her back foot i can give you better answer.

It awesome that you're doing research on your chams husbandry before you get him/her.But what I do notice alot of people don't research signs of sickness and what sicknesses chams can get. So word advice research it all.
I had that issue once. I found that one of my branches i mounted were pushing out the sides. Once I moved that branch everything was fine. Just a thought.
If you have a central ac then you should also have the central heat. That's where the humidity control comes in. Central heat is very dry so they have a humidifier added in the heat part of the system and you control with the humidity control or humidistat.
Those colors she's displaying means she absolutely has no interest in mating at this point in time. And with those colors it doesnt matter what Male veiled it is. She just not ready. She will let you know when she is. But as long as she turns those colors you keep them separate. To play it safe...

There was a calcium or vitamin powder i used a couple of yrs ago. I cant remember what brand. But when water touched it it would turn an orange/red. Dang I wish I could remeber what brand it was. But id check that.

If it's a plastic tote bin then cut ventilation holes in both side and cover it with screen mesh. I had the same problem. After I put ventilation holes in the sides I haven't had any issues.
Well I wasn't totally sure whether deandra was gonna lay anytime soon. She's eating and drinking but her demeanor was a little off. But luckily for me I have a Male so I held him up to the cage and she colored all up. So she will be laying soon
