I put a Lonicera vine in Van’s enclosure today. I wish I had a video but he started climbing over to it, I’m still situating it and trying to zip tie the far end so it doesn’t fall and he’s already on it making it difficult to move and man did he get angry when I tried to move him.

Well plants like all the philos we use are dangerous to cats and dogs but they’re Cham safe Chams arent mammals so there’s lots of differences

Sorry got off topic, was turning to a self praise thread 😆. But yeah, teens can be noisy, they can have commitment issues, and they go through phases. I wouldn’t get one unless the kid is paying for it to show that they really want it and they’ll take good care of it. Or, if you have chameleons...

I’m a teenager and my room is the quietest place in the house. 😌 You go upstairs down a hall and across a catwalk to get to my room. Very isolated. Van enjoys the solidarity

I know I’m very very late but Magnolias are pretty legit. They’re expensive, but they’re beautiful trees. They’re also safe for chameleons.

I hand feed Van. I have ever since I got him. :) He’s swat at me once before when I first got him. Now he’ll climb onto my hand :) even when I don’t have food he’ll approach me.

I love Chambered Nautili, they’re my favorite cephalopod 🥰

I didn’t know there’s French chameleons
