How do you reccomend i bathe him because i cant pick him up. I dont want to kill his trust with me thats ive built this far

Havent handled since owning since i was letting him settle. Have been feedimg him 3-4 crickets daily or and/or a couple worms. Was raised by a reptile breeder. He is 5 months.
