Personally I buy straight from Lowe’s. Or support a local small business nursery business around me.
I prefer finding what I would like to add, and find the best specimens in person.
That perfect for the main popular chameleons-Veiled or Panther.
Maybe vote for the latter but if maintaining a stark temperature difference isn’t an issue-Jackson’s.
Or even what I have desired-OUSTALET’S CHAMELEON
Going today to Lowe’s and Petsmart to do a total revamp of making a natural desert biome vivarium. 😉😉
I believe this is wild caught. I hope to find more for sale. The rest did not look good with the stressed from being allowed to be handled along with being housed together with Egyptian...
I went to the LA Super Reptile Show. I almost bought Panther chameleon egg. But the owner told me he sold out the specific sire I wanted. I told him I will simply order online. But I saw this guy. Couldn’t pass up.
I usually feed later in the day. When I have roaches, hornworms-I put them in the cup before I leave.
My chameleon has ignored the roaches in the past. But recently he’s back into the menu for them, that that is great for me. I don’t have to go to the pet store every week for crickets. 🥲
