Thanks for the advice guys, how would u suggest to release crickets in Che, every time I just throw some in there i feel they die or hide. Only thin I've found to work well is putting them against screen and letting them crawl up until he spots them

It seems like the last few days my Cham is groggy when it wakes up. Maybe it's his skin readying to shed. He is fine later in day but when his lights first go on he just sits for a little like he is still waking up. But it is also winter can't that have something to do with this? Is this normal?
