How do I know how old is my Jackson?

Yea that might have been my post you saw and mine does look pretty similar to yours in length. So i'd say yours is about 10-11 months, but i am no expert. Mine just shed not too long ago and grew a bit more since :)

    Mass cane/pothos plant

Has anyone ever used this type of plant? I picked it up at home depot because it looked pretty cool, it's a pothos at the bottom of plant and then has a pretty thick "trunk" coming through the middle about 3 feet tall and large leaves at the top which i guess is the mass cane. Fills up almost my...

    Help Jackson owners!

Yes I use the powder form, i think they also have spray though. I like the repcal calcium D3 and without D3 but that's the only one i've used. I also use the reptolife multivitamin once a month, you can look online at some of the sponsors on this website, they have a nive variety of supps. :)

Back when he was eating every day and had tongue problem- Repcal w/o D3 4 times a week, then either repcal with D3 or Reptolife multivitamin every other week and skip feeding him usually on Sunday. Now its pretty much the same, just less days of feeding him. His cage temps range from 70 at...

    Help Jackson owners!

Yea I wish he would he eat the worms like he used to but he's just not interested in them anymore. Help Jackson owners!

Hey guys, I've been a bit worried over my jackson's eating habits lately. When i got him his tongue was hurt and he could barely shoot it more than an inch, but with supplementing and care it healed pretty quickly to near perfect condition. Since shedding about 2 weeks ago, he is only eating 1-2...

    Acting weird after shed

My Jackson's chameleon shed for the first time (since i've had him) about a week ago and he has been eating very little since, he's about 10 months old. I tried feeding him butter and silk worms along with crickets, but no go and i've only seen him eat about 4-5 crickets over the last week. Is...

    Jackson's basking

Same here, i sometimes catch him just laying on his bask spot and the only thing he holds himself with is his tail. He will also occasionally turn black under it so i don't think u have anything to worry about

    Habitat size 18X18X36....Looking for options

I have my jackson's chameleon in an 18x18x36 and he seems pretty comfortable and happy in it, though he is not full size yet, only about 10 inches but can grow to about 12. I don't plan on getting a bigger cage for him because i do let him out of it almost every day. Hope this helps!

12 week old female veiled chameleon advice needed

I don't know too much about veileds but 79-80 degrees for the rest of your enclosure sounds pretty high for the chameleon to just chill, considering the bask temp is at 83, and also most people say the 5.0 UVB light is best, 10 is too much. I also use a fogger because my jacksons like a little...

    Problem with tongue?

So i took my jackson to the vet because his tongue showed little sign of improvement. His advice was pretty much the same, to keep supplementing with calcium and hydrate him several times a day as he showed no signs of MBD or any other problems. I try cup feeding and leaving the cup under a...
