I forgot to add, It eats like crazy moves normally but the black scap on his back worrys me anyone could identify this?

hello guys, im new here. i just purchased chameleon and i noticed that there is black spots on his skin which is hard. Is it fungus or UV burn? Im new to lizards so i have no idea if this is normal or not :/ yours Mohammed
