it is overpriced. I could see your point if this was the only brick-and-mortar petstore that offered these animals... But it's not. As mentioned, other petstores are selling for half that price.

haha i know.. thats the thing about metaphors... sometimes they dont come out quite right. But I think everyone will understand, I'm not literally comparing sex offenders to chameleon care, Just the unnecessary regulations that could be imposed on the hobby.

So now you want the actions of these people to affect ANYONE interested in buying a chameleon? so true. And really, the person who sold them the cham, was probably someone from petsmart/petco who probably knew that it wasn't the best home for the cham, but was feeling the pressure to make sales. hard to figure out who to blame really... there is always going to be these unfortunate cases...

Thanks everyone! I'm happy with how it turned out. @ VO87- HAHA! yeah the caulking is to worst part! I caulked EVERY single seam... plus the floor panel. All that would need to be cut away in order to fit it through a 28'' door.... anyone who is interested in building one like mine should...
