I had difficulty finding pictures of a healthy mouth. (Well, on the forums. I don't trust google images that much.)

You can put towels (regular ones, not paper) in the bottom of the cage. If you fill out the https://www.chameleonforums.com/how-ask-help-66/ form, some more experienced members may be able to help. She is also getting up there for a chameleon, if I am not mistaken. I'm sorry she is doing badly.:(
