Do you have any exotics pets stores in your area or within reasonable driving distance? Not Petco or any of the chains…independently owned mom & pop stores who will be more concerned with selling healthy animals for the sake of their reputation, if nothing else.

For showering, use water that is mostly cool/barely any warmth. What feels lukewarm to us can be scalding hot for a reptile.
