    Ficus plant - struggling

Let me start by saying i almost killed a Pothos. My Ficus Benjamin hated the daily watering from the mister and fogger. The soil was always damp. It was located in the least wettest spot, drainage was good, and a plant light was used. It suffered until I tossed it. Ultimately, I removed...

Is there any way to get rid of the cricket stink?

Yup! I know, it seems a bit cruel but my Cham has to eat. You do not want to know how I prepare to feed my Cham a hornworm.

Is there any way to get rid of the cricket stink?

I breed my own grasshoppers. You can purchase them from Dragonhoppers.com or Feedmychameleon.com from Dean. I have also purchased from Khai Phan. You can contact him on Facebook. Breeding is easy. 2 years ago, I purchased breeders from Dean. Started my own colony. Last spring, I caught...

Is there any way to get rid of the cricket stink?

I also do the pet store trip for crickets, when needed. My main feeder is grasshoppers. No sound. No smell. No water. Easy to breed. They live a long time. Very little die off.

    Panther vomited 😬

When I feed my Cham Locust, i do not feed him the kicker legs. I remove the legs above the knee to eliminate the bony kicker. IMO - The legs are bony. They have a small barb and could cause impaction. Maybe more experienced peohple can chime in on this subject.

Zebra and tiger silkworm eggs available

Warning - never let those ooths out of your sight. 1. Two mantids are gonna hatch early 2. They are gonna hide a oothaca because they don't want the nymphs to be chameleon snacks. 3. In their hidden community, they are training like Navy Seals. 4. They are gonna take over the WORLD...

Zebra and tiger silkworm eggs available

I see you're still at it, "cute silkie bellies". Convincing us to breed our own creepy crawlers. Do you have any suggestions for one whom might have lost and hatched a Praying Mantis oothaca, in their home. I'm absolutely sure they were afraid to sleep for fear of 50-200 baby praying mantis...

Where is the best place to get hornworms

It's really your fault @MissSkittles. Making me believe I was cool with creepy crawlers and that I should breed HawkMoths, Silkworms, Praying Mantis - by the way, I never found the ootheca I lost and grasshoppers. Well Grasshoppers might have been my idea but you did not discourage me. You...

Where is the best place to get hornworms

Hornworms grow extremely quick. It's the only thing I buy from the chain pet store. If you only have 1 cham, I would buy the 4 pack from the pet store. After 2 weeks the hornworms might be too big for your Cham or they will have eaten all of their food and die from starvation. If you order...

If you have a new Chameleon

I want to stress the need for every Cham to see a Vet, for a annual check up and fecal exam once a year. Most well care checkups are under 100.00. If you cant afford a checkup, find a vet that will do a fecal exam. This will save you heartache.

    Chameleonaire is addicted

Grasshoppers: order online, they are easy to keep alive, don't need water, because of their size- you may only need to feed 1 or 2 per week. You can keep them alive for months.
