Gnats? Fungus gnats can come up when your plant soil is too damp usually from misting.

How would I be able to get rid of them? I’m guessing if they are gnats they probably are from my pothos cause that plant has moderately moist soil.

Mosquito bits totally work for fungus gnats. I just sprinkle some right on top of the plant soil and they work when you water them. I haven't really had to re-apply after a year or more of doing it so far and we have probably upwards of 50 house plants including the ones in Mr Puff's habitat.

When I repotted my monstera with a chunkier soil it made it a lot better, I feel your pain
