So, for the sake of just knowing, how many of you use pinhead-small sized crickets...where do you get them??

if someone from the forum could supply them to you at a super low price (fully gutloaded with a mix of greens, dandelion, veggies, also a dry mix with added calcium, and extremley well hydraited literally misted once a day) would you want them??

what if your first order was discounted, would it make the deal better?

let me know, as i am producing too many crickets, and can keep dooing so if i have enough demand for specifically gutloaded micro crickets for a chameleons diet..

a vid showing my set up, and how clean i keep them..

Crickets are already so cheap that you wouldn't be able to compete with large cricket farms.

the whole point is i have too many...what would be your price..im no big company, i need to make nothing off shipping...dont shoot it down..i would only be offering to those who are for chams..

with baby chameleons around Ill buy 1000 @ $10 bucks usually but probably like 1500 in there. I would hate having to count even a 100 real pinheads. Id actually count out a 1000 in a clear tube or cup and mark the level it reached with a marker. So I know whenever I fill the tube now and its at the mark that is the number. Or count by weight. Either way good luck I hate crickets.

lol, yea count out 1000 crickets. Give that a shot. Been there, tried that, dang near impossible to judge quantity with crickets by sight, I prefer weight.

And I didn't mean to sound like I was shooting you down, I just thought I'd share with you why there aren't very many (if any) commercial cricket home grow operations for a reason. It takes thousands of feet of room to make them on a scale to make money, but if you're doing it as a hobby, I've heard it can be fun :)

while i have the same issue once and a while dealing with those lil bastards is a pain, and to sell them as specifacally gutloaded is a great idea however by the time they get to most destnation and are fed off, all you great gutload will have been long passed.
i would look for a local pet shop of even a tackle shop and see if they are interested.
best of luck
