This is my first post, hopefully of many. I got a baby (female?) Veiled named Xena a week ago and being my 1st chameleon ill be looking for help!

Couple beginner question:
Are moonlight bulbs at night not good?
When should an egg bin be put in?
Anything i should be looking for in terms of behavior, color, or in general?

Any and all opinions, info, pics are welcome. Thanks ahead of time!

welcome to the forum! and the joy of chameleon keeping

no, you do not want a night bulb of any kind. It is unlikely your house gets too cold at night for a veiled.

A laying bin should be in the cage / available at about month 5, though if kept in particular conditions she may never need it.
