I have a 7 month veiled chameleon and I haven't seen him pop lately. And when I looked around in his cage, I haven't found any droppings, I'm getting worried that he might be sick or constipated. I would appreciate the help of figuring out what is wrong.

My chameleon named Rango, yes off the movie, he just started sheding lately, 2 days ago. Head first then front legs and then back, should I help him? Or should I leave him be? He is 5 months old and I had him for about a month.
