I have had my veiled cham for a few weeks and was told she was female from the petstore. I have recently been told she looks like a male. Can someone please help me distinguish my chams sex.

I am pretty sure she is female. I checked her back feet and I can't tell if there is a bump or not if there is it is really small. Do you think my veiled is male? and thank you for the estimated age
