I will request a biopsy from my vet. what does a biopsy involve? Will Walter (cham) have to go under anesthetic? Although the photo isnt mine the lump looks identical to the ones on my boy. Other than the lumps he is otherwise healthy looking on the outside.

I will go back to the vet. I'm with Chine house veterinary hospital in Leicestershire UK. If you could recommend any other that would be great as if i don't get the answers I need I can always go somewhere else. I will also have a look at the threads, thank you :)

Yes there was a thread but the actual cause of the lumps was never identified..... It had spread, He had the one lump then another near his vent and now another 3, one on his body and 2 very small ones on his eye.
