    Caring for a casque

    This is far from an emergency, but my male veiled cham's casque is grey on all the ridges. Is there anything I can do to keep it in better condition? I don't want to peal the grey stuff off because it seems to hurt him, not to mention it is very stressful.

    Anyone know an online service that delivers on a weekly basis? ie. makes a trip to your house every week/month without having to order every time. It would help someone with a busy schedule.

    Super Worms

    I have 2 adults who eat exclusively superworms, they love them and will eat 4-6 per day. From what i've heard, these are low in chitin compaired 2 crickets, but have more than the other worms (silk/butter/horn/etc.).

    Weak tongue

    He drinks regularly.The uv (10.0) is passing through almost nothing, its a hemit crab cage with fairly large spaces in between bars. He doesn't get any direct sun. My vitamins do contain phosphorus (6%??), is that bad? Its reptocal, came highly recommended by several sources.
