Ive seen alot of people say different things regarding uvb lighting. I have a 10.0 reptisun T5 tube currently but ive seen a couple of people say that my be too strong?

I haven't seen him get it stuck or anything. He does use it but very rarely. Hes just started climbing right into the feeding cup to get as close as possible to th food.
Hi all, my 4 month old veiled has stopped using his tounge as often when feeding. He used to stand on the branch adjacent to his feeding cup, but now he pretty much climbs all the way in and just picks his food up and the times he does use his tounge, hes like 1cm away. Is this strange...
Okay no lights on at night. Are the white LEDs okay during the day or shuold i just use the light from the basking bulb and uvb? The LEDs can all be switched separately so its no problem to not have the red or the blues on
The red LEDs are part of a Zoo Med reptisun light unit. It has white daylight LEDs, Red LEDs which are supposed to help Plant growth and Blue LEDs for night lighting.

Okay so ive moved the basking lamp to outside the viv, and ive just found a 4 inch deep feeding cup. Do you recommend feeding him 3 times a day at like 5 crickets a time or just put 15 in the cup and he eats them when he wants them.
And also ive moved the branch to the uvb down to 12 inch but...
