I have male (Rango) and Female (Zielly) vieled chameleons about 2 - 3 months old, I usually give about 5-6 crickets and a 2-3 wax, and or meal worms throughout the day and once a week I give them one horn worm each however those suckers grow so fast sometimes my chameleons don't want them...

I have found that buying from amazon is way cheaper than some Petstores for lighting sources. I too am new at this 3 weeks in, I use 75 Watt basking light bulb and temperature gets to 84 from 5 inches away from her and as my Veil chams get older will lower them.
