We took her to the vet and they did an xray and ultrasound on her. They didn't see any eggs or follicles, but they did find some fluid in her abdomen area. They gave us antibiotics (injections) and anti-inflammatory oral medication.
She laid 27 eggs, which is around what she typically lays. We feed her every other day, four medium sized dubia roaches that we dust in calcium. I have attached a somewhat recent (a yearish old) photo of her cage. We have added more pothos plants recently and removed the plastic plants
