I give my boy Crickets, butterworms/moths, hornworms, supers, and his new favorite silkies. He has kinda been bored with crickets tho, unless I hand feed him hes not interested in them.

I agree with Elizadolots. What you could also do is cup feed the cham. Make sure you count how many you put in at a time. Log that so you have a baseline of how many he would eat. You can always let him hunt for them but its harder to track how many he has eaten, especially if the feeders have...
