No, these are two different type of beetles. Also flour beetles are smaller than bean beetles.

I recommend their flour beetles, not a problem, and they are good reproducers.
Both are great feeders, for baby or pygmies.

I think The Jungle Panther should be there, they usually have a large selection of baby panthers. Hope you find the one you like.
The fly trap may not hurt the Cham, but I cannot say the same for the other way around.
Also fly traps require a cooling period, which cannot be provided if kept year round in the cage.
I would not suggest putting a Venus Fly Trap in with your Cham.
