So I recently found a hard bump on the right side of my chameleons side. It's close to his tail/leg. He also has tiny ones on his hands and feet. Has anyone heard of this???

I do see him take deep breaths when I'm formula feeding him (he had mbd) but the fluid only comes out after eating a bug.

No, he breaths fine.

is it normal for a chameleon to excrete clear fluid out of the nostrils after eating crickets??? My baby constantly has salt excretation almost daily but it's odd that his nose gets juicy after eating bugs.

No his jaw seems fine, the vet told me to feed him this due to him not eating when he got so sick. It's been a mth now and he seems to want the formula over bugs. I buy the crickets then feed them the dry food and water quencher but I add fresh cut coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrot) cut carrots...

He has been to the vet. He's doing much much better but he doesn't actually have a chameleon so to get him off the formula would be a question for someone who has successfully done it

Thank you so much!!! I'm super happy about it. I would love to know how long to have to formula feed him. He has eaten a few waxworms that I gave him but I found out later he puked them out.

im so excited that after 19 days of continuous care, my baby is coming around!! Apparently I bought him with MBD and it got really bad that I was having to give him calcium injections! He has many more weeks of recovery but he's fighting hard and I'm doing my best to give him what he needs...

All of my research says the humidity should be more tropical for veiled's. I keep mine between 70-85 on the humidity with a few dips during the day to 55 ish.
