    Green girlie Etosha turns 5!!

So excited we made it to 5 years and counting. After my purchase at Petco as a baby (will not do that again) I so appreciate all the advice I got on this forum. She has done great, only laid eggs twice and I hope she keeps on going. Thanks to all who helped me through the years.

    Aging chamelon

That’s interesting. My 17 year old ragdoll is on a monthly shot for arthritis and she is a new cat. Really amazing results.

    Aging chamelon

Thank you all. Her tongue is still going actively but that is a good thing for me to watch. She is all over her cage and still mostly at the highest height but will also watch for that. Thrilled that she may have another year or two!

    Aging chamelon

My female veiled chameleon Etosha was a Petco purchase. With the help of this forum she has been very healthy. She will be 5 years old in 3 months and while there is no change in her at this point I wanted to understand more about lifespan and what to look for with aging. Again with help from...

    Cryptoleamus montrouzieri mealy bug eaters

I have mealybugs in my enclosure still low level. Is it safe to add these mealybug eaters. Anyone have any experience?

    Egg laying question

Thank you for your replies. I was so disappointed with Etosha’s large clutch. She did come through like a champ and weight down to 121g. I did worry she might not make it though. The only thing I can imagine is we went on vacation the 18-25th of May and there was a pet sitter. She was only...

    Egg laying question

My 3 year old veiled chameleon has been on strict temperature and diet control for egg laying. She becomes receptive about 4 times a year. She laid 45 eggs 11/13/2019 and that’s when I started all the controls. Well she never laid any more eggs until yesterday when she successfully deposited...

    Watering enclosure plants

Hi all. I have a great dragonstrand enclosure with mister, good plant lights. What I need is some way to water all my plants in the enclosure. Is there a type if waterer I can use without having to take them out. I can’t set up auto watering so I am really asking about some manual waterer that...

    A piece of art

Look what I found at the neighborhood art store. Not too hard to assemble! And catching a fly.

    Best plant suggestion

I have lost several plants that I have at the highest level of my dragon strand enclosure. It sits right under a jungle dawn bulb plant light maybe 5 inches resting on roof screen. Suggestions appreciated. Thanks

    Happy birthday Etosha

Etosha turned 2 last week and being a Petco purchase I must thank the forum for helping us get it all together. In the 2 years she has been receptive 4 times but after laying 35 eggs her first time (yikes) with careful management and great advice she has laid no eggs her last 3 cycles. While...
