    Panther basking temp

My nosy be panther male chameleon Ocean is now 8 months old. I kept his basking temp at 80 when he was really little. What should his temp now be? I was thinking 85? Thank you.

I think it might be perspective. I have caught him eating. I also think he is getting more handsome.

    New baby boy Nosy be

I have been working with my breeder and he is eating. Also will be starting my fogger tomorrow night. I appreciate all the help. Have not changed out branches as will be too upsetting but things are improving. He is growing!

    New baby boy Nosy be

After my girlie veiled Etosha died, I have now gotten a little boy panther from Panther Company. He is still shy and I haven’t seen him eat much but he is pooping regularly and wandering his plants. Any panther hints versus veiled appreciated. I have basking at 85 and increased humidity to...

    Basking versus plant light question.

I am getting a new panther baby after having my lovely veiled for almost 6 years. I have bought these for basking lights. Do they look ok? Hard to find incandescent. I also need a light for plants to add to my 22w jungle dawn bar to highlight a darker area. Any suggestions. Thank you...

    Green girlie Etosha turns 5!!

So excited we made it to 5 years and counting. After my purchase at Petco as a baby (will not do that again) I so appreciate all the advice I got on this forum. She has done great, only laid eggs twice and I hope she keeps on going. Thanks to all who helped me through the years.

    Aging chamelon

That’s interesting. My 17 year old ragdoll is on a monthly shot for arthritis and she is a new cat. Really amazing results.

    Aging chamelon

Thank you all. Her tongue is still going actively but that is a good thing for me to watch. She is all over her cage and still mostly at the highest height but will also watch for that. Thrilled that she may have another year or two!

    Aging chamelon

My female veiled chameleon Etosha was a Petco purchase. With the help of this forum she has been very healthy. She will be 5 years old in 3 months and while there is no change in her at this point I wanted to understand more about lifespan and what to look for with aging. Again with help from...
