My question is to the blank segments on her that seem to follow a similar effect as the piebald mutation as pie bald refers to the unchanging white spots i am wonderin as to the black spots that also do not change colour as those are not referenced in anything i have seen

I have a juvenile female veiled chameleon who is dual mutation (translucent/piebald) with low expression, so it is to my knowledge that she has white areas and also Caucasian coloured areas which cannot change color, the question is that she also has a black armband that has never changed colour...
