My 5 month old male panther is the same, he spends all day trying to escape his viv. He loves being out but I can only let him out 2 hours a day too. I am now worried he is going to stress himself out but there is no way I can free range him.
Thanks WowBango!
He is my first Cham, well my first reptile actually. So I'm glad I chose a panther chameleon. It has been a joy caring for him and watching him grow. I'm amazed at the change after a month already :)
OH thanks for the reply. At first didnt know what I was looking for and then I started to see a small bulge but it was difficult getting a clear picture until now. However, having someone with more experience confirming is always best, so thank you.
I cant believe how well he has settled in...
more pics of tail base.
Hi, here are new pics after shedding and one of the tail base. Any opinions of the sex this baby chameleon would be great.
Thanks

Hi guys I have manage to get some more pics. I hope this helps. I also got him to come on my hands today, although it only lasted a minute before he panicked.
Thank you guys, here are more pictures. I have only just got hihim/she 5 days ago and worried about stressing him. I tried to get him on my finger and he stayed away from me for a day. I will keep trying with the pictures though.
Thanks.
Hi, I just bought my first panther chameleon. I was was told by the pet shop it was a male. They have always used the same breeder and never had any issues. However, Im worried that they got it wrong as it looks like a female. It is months old and here are two pictures.
