hey guys I just wanted to share some photos of my nosy be, Floyd. I've had him for almost a full week now:D he is 4 months old and shedding like crazy! In one of the pics he is under the uv light upside down and he looks like a ghost:LOL: he is too cute.

This is my first time owning a chameleon and I'm glad I'm getting feedback because it's helping me learn more and more each day. You think I shouldn't mist every 3 hours? Or should I mist every 3 hours but not for 5 mins

It's a light mist. The plants get a nice costing of droplets but the cage isn't saturated because there is so much foliage. The humidity is at 60 right now

I didn't help him back up. When I got up at 6:30am the next morning and turned the lights on he climbed right up to the light. He might have been to hot because I had the temp at 90 degrees that day. I read that's way to hot for a 4 month old. So now I have the temp at 82. Today he seemed good...

Yeah I actually just bought calcium(without D3 this morning. I coated 5 and he ate 2 or 3 I believe. I know it's only day 2 but he is always hiding. Thanks for the info though! That really helps

He is only 4 months old and I just got him at 10am yesterday so I don't have a set schedule with feeding and stuff yet. but thank you because I will def follow that regimen :)
