My chameleon who is about 8 months old just started shedding recently. I've had him for about 2 weeks, and this is the first time I've seen him do this. Is shedding particularly uncomfortable for a chameleon? Is there anything I can do to help with his shedding?

Does anyone have any experience trying to catch butterflies or moths with traps? If anyone has links to how to make a butterfly or moth trap, or has any tips on how to catch either of these guys let me know. Thanks.

I have a Standard Fischer Chameleon who is still a juvenile. I currently have a UVB light for him, but I was wondering if a full spectrum lightbulb is necessary, or if he can make do without one? Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks.
