thank you how many / much do you suggest? I used to put a bag or tub full at a time with my beardies, they used to help themselves, I had 3 at the time

I am getting my first panther in a couple of weeks, I am no stranger to reptiles I feed my cresties and beardies locusts can I feed my panther the same or should give him crickets instead
