Is a 13 watt UVB 5.0 bulb okay for him??!

Ok, my spouse is on his way to the pet store now to buy him a light.

-- All post pictures as soon as I can figure out how, and I removed the UVB cause that's what the breader here in town suggested I do :( Is that a no? He's been without it for probably 2 days now. But I will get him a light this morning.
