How much humidity is too much? I have my baby panther housed in my fish room and without misting the humidity stays about 65 - 85 in the room. should i still mist or just keep the dripper goin?

By 8am it's already 80 degrees lol.

Hello all. If the ambient temp in the room is around 82-85 degrees, should I still leave the basking light on for my 3.5 month old Panther? It's a 50 watt on a 24" high cage. I tried replacing with a 25 watt butt the temp still gets 90 up top. Should I just leave the uvb on? Thanks in advance.
