Thanks for your comments, we have just moved him up to a bigger size locust, maybe this is the problem.

We have a 5 months old Panther that we purchased about 2 weeks ago, he seems to have settled in fine and feeding normally most most of the time but occasionally we see him catch and chew his locusts only to spit it out. Does anyone know if this is anything to worry about?
